Description

Explore the city of Funchal on a walking tour through its historic and scenic streets. The tour begins in the heart of the city, where you can admire colonial buildings and cobblestone streets. The first stop is the Mercado dos Lavradores, a vibrant and colorful market where exotic fruits, flowers, and fresh fish are displayed in lively stalls. Here you can discover the local flavors and aromas, with the chance to buy some typical island products. Continuing to Sé Cathedral, you will discover one of Funchal's most iconic monuments, built in the 15th century, a mix of Gothic and Moorish styles.
